A brief introduction
Precision Placement, Corporate Systems and Services, is a full service, commercial moving company, providing comprehensive,  move and support services to Global 50, Fortune 500, Mid Sized Corporations, manufacturing companies and family owned and operated business of all sizes. ​

How we do it
  • Analyze - The proposed scope of work, schedule, move plan, move requirements, floor plans, systems furniture plans, case goods furniture plan, IT plan and all unique characteristics of your move.
  • Quantify -  All items required to be moved including crates, computer equipment, workstations, case goods furniture, storage and filing cabinets, bookcases, library and storage contents including measuring the linear feet per collection, pallet rack, production benches.
  • Qualify -  All unique requirements of the move per department, employee, office, workstation, storage room, storage collections, file contents unpacking placement i.e. how are drawers to be set in drawers/shelves -  legal or letter, left to right, front to back, etc.  including file drawer fill ratios, 100% fill, 80% full, bookcases/ how those unique items need to be packed, secured and moved including White Glove Leadership pack/unpack, chain of custody/PHI, HR, Legal and Financial records move requirements, etc., verify all counts upon receipt of final authorized destination and move plan.
  • Verify - Verify all counts upon receipt of final authorized destination and move plan. Number of workstation/case goods installation, verify all move dates, start times, building logistics and property manager requirements, elevator use, elevator technicians, Certificate of insurance, etc.
  • Specify -  With move operations final cart counts, library carts, secure carts, packing/unpacking functions, start time, manpower requirements, trucks, ramps, building protection.
