Performed pre-move survey, determined Rover Move System requirements, move crate requirements, scheduled crate delivery and pick up, determined manpower, vehicle and equipment requirements necessary to execute the plan, performed project planning with CBRE/BOA management, scheduled and performed employee move committee meetings, placarded destination with employee move EC1, and IT numbers, executed move plan for on time delivery and placement of employee contents, computer equipment, filing cabinets and case goods furniture, performed on site Move Project Management during the move and post move services.

​Four Phase Relocation - Relocated over 600 employees contents, computer equipment, filing cabinets and case goods furniture from Providence, RI to East Pawtucket and Lincoln, RI over 4 phases totaling 43 trailer loads.
